The PROGRAM is a daily/weekly tailored performance training program designed exclusively for YOU, with a 4 week commitment from us, to help you achieve superior levels of performance.

As with our in person training we prioritize quality over quantity. Therefore; initially, we will be limiting monthly enrollment to only 10 applicants at any given time. This means you will receive more attention, and better service. You will also receive:
- 4 weeks of planning, analysis, and correspondence.
- You will receive FREE ACCESS to all of our online training videos in succession. Videos are distributed online at specific intervals of your training.
- You will be added to the ELITE HRV training app free of charge for the coach to view your heart rate and training zones for each session.
- You will receive a daily training schedule for each week.
- A weekly email or Zoom/Skype correspondence to monitor your progress and address or adjust the training to overcome any issues or challenges you may run into.
- You can add additional daily check ins for only $27 per consultation.
It is necessary to have the following equipment prior to beginning the program:
- Appropriate size gym ball
- Hand weights or ankle weights, or both
- Balance pipes, slant board or both.
- A plyometric box, steps, bench, or any similar shaped apparatus approximately 18 inches high.
- A chest strap heart rate monitor
- A place to run.
- A jump rope.
It is highly recommended that you have access to the following equipment prior to starting:
- All of the above mentioned.
- Concept 2 rowing machine or SKiErg or both.
- Six to Eight Hurdles approximately 6-10 inches high.
- Plyometric boxes
- The free ELITE HRV app.
